Bare Control Line

Coupling Protection Systems Ltd can supply a comprehensive range of bare control lines for use in deep well drilling applications.

All control line tube is manufactured and tested to the relevant ASTM standards and is supplied wound onto wooden spools for ease of transportation.

Available tube materials – Stainless Steel 316L, Alloy 400, Alloy 625, Alloy 825

Available tube sizes (O/D) 1/8” (3.18mm) 1/4” (6.35mm) 3/8” (9.53) 1/2” (12.70mm) We can offer a minimum of two wall thicknesses for each nominal tube size to enable the most cost effective solution to your application.

Encapsulated lines and Flatpacks

Control lines can be supplied in encapsulated or flatpack form depending on your applications. Individual control lines can be encapsulated in round, square or rectangular form.

Flatpacks comprising multiple control lines are available in many different configurations and are commonly used in ‘intelligent’ well systems. Additional bumper bars can be incorporated into the flatpacks to provide additional impact and crush protection.
